Refund Policy

We strive to provide a par excellence level of satisfaction to all of our customers. If in any case as a visitor, you are dissatisfied with our services we are happy to issue a full refund however, the reasons that are provided should be of genuine nature for them to be considered worthy of an investigation. 

Visitors are advised to read the description, offers etc. carefully before making any purchases so as to get a clear picture of our products and services. 

In case a customer is not satisfied with our products and services they have the full right to cancel the shipment and demand a refund. Our refund and cancellation policy are:

Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellations that are received after 10 business days and before the end of the current service period will be considered as a cancellation of services applied in the next period of service.

We will try our level best to come up with an appropriate concept of our designs for our customers. In case any of our customers are unsatisfied with our product and services we can issue a refund.

  • For Fresh Produce

  • As farmers, we grow our apples and do not procure them from any person/s or the market. Our apples undergo zero exposure to chemicals and insecticides which is why during shipment some fruits may exhibit slight signs of damage.

    In such cases kindly supply us with some evidence in the form of photos, based on the stage of the damage we will either issue a half or a full refund (considerations taken as case by case)

    In some cases, the fruits might decay on the inside which is again a possibility since we are against the use of pesticides and chemicals for preservation, again kindly send us a photo of the damaged fruit along with your request. Again, based on the level of decay/damage we will process the refund.

    In case you used the card payment method, the refund amount will reflect in the same card which was used at the time of the purchase. In case you used a payment gateway the refund amount will be processed to the same account.
